We welcome referrals from a variety of sources, including local authorities, social services, healthcare providers, and educational institutions. Our referral process is designed to be straightforward and transparent, ensuring that young people can access our services quickly and efficiently.

How to Make a Referral:

. Initial Assessment: We will conduct an initial assessment to understand the young person’s needs, circumstances, and suitability for our services.

. Placement Meeting: If the referral is accepted, we will arrange a placement meeting with the young person, their support network, and our team to discuss their care plan and accommodation options.

. Admission: Once all parties agree on the care plan, the young person will be welcomed into our accommodation and support services.

We aim to make the transition into our care as smooth and supportive as possible, ensuring that each young person feels comfortable and confident in their new environment.
